Who Is the Foreign Toro?

I love Spain. I really do.

But after moving to Spain and living here for a number of years I’ve experienced births, deaths and marriages and everything in between.

Overall one thing is clear.

It can be a confusing place to get things done!  

That’s why I created this site.

I’m no expert.

But I’ve been stuck in all the queues and brought the wrong information to the appointments and read wrong or confusing information on other sites enough times, so now you don’t have to. I’ll try my best to provide you with clear, comprehensive answers on how to get things done, so you can get on with what you came here for.
